The East and the Pacific rang to the beat of American Boogie Woogie in the closing days of WW11, as the Yanks were all over the town. Our programme captures the sound of their” girl group” but sung today by three most distinguished and sassy young singers.

Bass Baritone Timothy Dickinson has sung at Glyndebourne, Holland Park and of course West Green House Opera in our critically acclaimed production last summer of Rossini’s” L’Inganno Felice”. In this programme he sings for us some of the greatest arias given to Opera’s Villains

MOZART IN LOVE

Kirsty Hopkins returns to the West Green House stage after appearing here with Penelope Keith in 2014 ,then last summer she performed in a opera performance of Handel’s’ Belshazzar at the Grange Festival. She will be the soloist in Invictus, a Passion by Howard Goodall here at West Green House Opera next July.

Today, she sings the incredibly beautiful love arias from our favourite Mozart operas
