The best gift you can give yourself is a morning retreat to recharge the body, focus the mind and encourage a sense of stillness. Conducted by a former ballerina Nasreen Pritchard, an experienced teacher of Pilates and Mobility, it is suitable for all and on fine days the retreats will be held
beside the beauty of the lake, otherwise in the Green House.

Before you begin these days Nasreen will enquire into any special needs you may require.
