Parking: level access to the garden over grass and gravel. Disabled parking is located near the main entrance. Disabled passengers may be set down at the main entrance before the car is parked in the car park.

The majority of the West Green House Gardens is flat and suitable for persons with walking difficulties. However the Lake Field parkland has uneven surfaces and some of the paths around the various gardens are gravel and may be difficult for wheelchair users.

Refreshments are available from The Tea Room which serves light lunches, cakes, biscuits, tea, coffee and cold drinks. For special occasions, Special Afternoon Teas may be pre-ordered with 24 hours notice.

Our toilets are located in the Courtyard Garden. We have one toilet cubicle with wheel chair access.

Picnics are only permitted outside the main entrance gate, either in the Old Orchard which is adjacent to the Greenhouses or in the car park. Please ensure you take all your litter home with you.
